The Blessings

Though this war has kept me from my husband I have received many blessings along the way. I often wonder what would have been if I did not marry him. I know i would not have my two beautiful children who i love dearly. I would not have the great life i have now. I would not have the friends that i do have. I would not have been able to call myself a warrior. Though my husband is the soldier, it takes a warrior to deal with the life of loneliness. I have the dream life and soon my husband will be back in the picture. I know that it is going to be a battle getting to be a wife again and not just a mom. I know that though he might be done with the war for now there is always another battle to be fought. My blessings are many and my tragedies seem to add up, but i know the good out weights the bad. I know i have a great husband and my children have a great father. so those who can only find the negatives in life...turn to god. He has given you many things even if you cannot see them. Think about it long and hard....If you are reading this then he has given you the greatest gift of all.........LIFE. i am not a pushy christian, but i do believe in god and have no fear in saying so. As i have said time and time again, GOD HAS BLESSED ME.
